    Stress analysis and finite element analysis
    The CAE software SOLIDWORKS can be used to analyze the linear static structure, stress, and deformation of the frames of bending machines and laser cutting machines. Therefore, FEA is very meaningful for situations with complex structures, highly complex loads, transient modeling, and combinations of the above factors.




     
     
    CNC system
    Without a doubt, the controller is the brain of the entire machine.
    We provide controllers for three signs: Delem, ESA, and Cybelec These controllers come from the Netherlands, Italy, and Switzerland respectively.
    The intelligent algorithm optimizes the bending cycle, reduces the setting time of work steps, and improves the overall efficiency of the bending process, especially in batch processing scenarios.
    In addition, the system can also support editing of 2D and 3D graphics.
     
    Hydraulic system
    The hydraulic control system adopts electro-hydraulic servo and synchronous design, with very small spacing between hydraulic cylinders.
    It has strong anti eccentric load capacity, high-precision synchronization, and strong power density ratio, and is low-cost.
    The pressure of the hydraulic system can be adjusted according to specific practical needs to meet the requirements of bending force.
    The hydraulic system of Jinqiu is equipped with a filtration system to improve the purity of hydraulic oil and reduce the failure rate.
             
    Quick clamp
    Our upper molds can be easily and quickly replaced, making good use of time.







     
     
    Back gauge
    In order to ensure the strong motion accuracy of the X-axis, we use ball screws and double linear guides instead of traditional screws, thereby improving the accuracy and consistency of the manufacturing process.
    We have installed a synchronous pulley mechanism controlled by a servo motor for the rear block, instead of a stepper motor.
    This upgrade has improved our operational control and accuracy.
     
    Mechanical compensation
    Our self-designed system calculates compensation values based on the overall deformation of the slider and worktable, seamlessly connecting the deformation curve of the bed body with the compensation curve, ensuring that the product has good straightness and angular consistency.


     
             
    Main motor
    The use of branded motors increases the service life of the machine and keeps it operating in a low-noise environment.
    The power level and installation size of the motor comply with IEC standards, making it very easy to use and maintain.
    We have the ability to customize the power and voltage of the machine to meet the specific voltage requirements of the customer's location.
