The entire machine undergoes electric furnace tempering to eliminate welding stress and is processed in one clamping via an imported CNC machining center, ensuring parallelism and perpendicularity of all mounting surfaces. The sandblasting treatment guarantees high-quality coating. During operation, the tool holder remains stationary while the rear feeding mechanism drives the sheet movement, allowing precise control of groove depth, groove spacing, and laser positioning.
